When conceiving of the 10th anniversary candle, I wanted a fragrance that was as minimal as possible, but with a pleasing and instantly recognizable scent. As I dug through my own memories the one scent that always beguiled me a bit was the scent of a perfectly ripened orange or tangerine. A simple fragrance, but one fraught with nuance. The peel always gave off a very sharp, highly citrus aroma. The delicious fruit inside was always very sweet, tangy, and approachable. In combination, the fragrance is one that captures your attention and lures you in.

I took all of those citrus notes, added just a hint of floral and created a fragrance I believe will be one of your very favorite NIX+BOW candles for your home. It knows no gender. It has no specific place in your home. It’s one you can burn anywhere and feel instantly at ease.

To make it extra special, I sourced the most amazing, hand-mixed and poured cement vessels from a retired artisan couple in New Mexico. No two vessels are the same, just like no two people experience NIX+BOW fragrances the same. It’s a one-of-a-kind candle…literally, each one.
